     Our german superfine calcium carbonate production line can produce 100,000 tons of products every year. As a leading reactive calcium carbonate manufacturer, the designed ouput is 20,000T/A.

Sorter

     Our equipment comes from ALPINE company, Germany. It is leading sorter manufacturer. Our equipment is the latest product of ALPINE. With 2,500 REV and 3|ìm separation level, it can separate all kind of granules.

Advanced equipment

     Introduced from German Alpine, with the investment of 12 million yuan, our production line canm produce 90-96 of whiteness and 3|ìm-40|ìm ( 4100mesh-300mesh) of calcium carbonate and reactive calcium carbonate. Our product has very low distribution curve.

Calcium carbonate modified system

     When calcium carbonate is used as filler, it is vert hard to be dispersed in plastic and rubber, it may have bed effects on product. To solve this proble, we intorduced germany Alpine system, which uses stearic acid to modify the surface of calcium carbonate, therefore it expands the application fields of calcium carbonate.

     Dissolves the material and stearic acid in the same time, and it makes stearic acid covering the calcium carbonate directly. This method can improve the properties of calcium carbonate in organic matter, therefore, our product are more competition in the market.

Inspection centre

     Founded by our company and Hangzhou quality & technology supervision bureau, our calcium carbonate quality inspection center has advanced equipment and method, is the authenticated inspection organization of this region.

     To get qualfied product, we have set up a full-equipped inspection centre to check our product. This inspection even starts from material purchase.

Granularity instrument

    1, range: 0.2µm-200µm

    2, precision: repeat error of D50 ≤2%

    3, method: put sample into instrument and check, the instrument can test , analyze and output the data automatically.

    4, This instrument had better performance, is better than traditional sieve method: fast inspection, continuous inspection at any time, right data.
